We recommend you start shopping for your dress around a year before your wedding, to allow plenty of time for delivery and alterations; but if you are shopping a little later then we will always do our best to accomodate everyone.

Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes. We are an appointment-only boutique, allowing us to provide you with a private fitting room and your own dedicated bridal stylist.
How long is an appointment?
Our standard bridal appointment lasts 1.5 hours. Our Fabulous Fizz Appointment lasts 2 hours, giving you even more time to enjoy the experience.
Do you charge for appointments?
Our weekday bridal appointments are free of charge. However, a £15 fee will apply if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Weekend and evening appointments cost £25, or you can upgrade to our Fabulous Fizz appointment for £50.
How many guests can I bring?
When should I start my dress search?
We recommend starting your dress search 12–18 months before your wedding. However, 9–12 months is still a great timeframe, allowing enough time for your dress to be made, delivered and altered before your big day.
What is your shops price range?
Our made-to-order designer gowns range from £1,200 to £2,200, with most brides investing around £1,600. We also have a beautiful selection of Ready to Wear dresses, all priced under £1,000.
How long does delivery take after the dress is ordered?
Most designer gowns take 4 – 9 months to arrive once your order has been placed.
Are rush orders available?
Yes. Some of our designers offer a rush service for brides with shorter timeframes. We also have a fantastic selection of Ready to Wear dresses available if you’re shopping closer to your wedding date.
What should I wear to my appointment?
We recommend wearing nude or seamless underwear and a strapless bra if you have one. We also ask that you avoid heavy makeup and fresh fake tan to help protect our sample dresses.
Are alterations included?
We don’t offer in-house alterations, but we’re happy to recommend some fantastic local seamstresses that we’ve worked with for many years.
What is your size range?
Our sample dresses in the boutique range from approximately UK size 8 to UK size 30. Most of our designers can order gowns up to UK size 36, so we can cater for a wide range of brides.
Can I take photos during my appointment?
Absolutely! We encourage you to take photos of your favourite dresses so you can look back on them afterwards. Occasionally, a designer may ask us not to allow photographs of a particular gown, but we’ll let you know if that’s the case.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. To order your gown, we require a 50% deposit (non refundable), with the remaining balance due when your dress arrives in the boutique.
What happens when I find my dress?
The exciting part! Once you’ve said “Yes to the Dress!”, we’ll take your measurements, complete your order and keep you updated throughout the process. As soon as your gown arrives, we’ll invite you back for your collection appointment and help you prepare for alterations.
